In the event of a breakdown, we assure you of the best possible help: you can contact BMW Roadside Assistance directly from the vehicle by selecting BMW Assistance in the BMW ConnectedDrive menu via iDrive. All relevant data about the vehicle's condition and your current position will be transmitted immediately to the Mobile Service and a voice connection will be established. The specialists will either solve small faults remotely or or arrange for help on site.
After you have given your consent, vehicles with the latest generation of the iDrive are able to respond to a request for the necessary data and allow this information to be transferred remotely. As a result, the Roadside Assistance call centre agent can obtain the vehicle data even if you have made contact by telephone.
Alternatively you can start the roadside assistance process from your My BMW App. In this case too, the assistance hotline will receive all the information required to provide you with the best possible support.
