Every vehicle has a unique vehicle identification number (VIN), which always consists of 17 alphanumeric characters.
Question: Where can I find my 17-digit VIN?
1. In the vehicle:
- Dashboard
- Door frame
- Engine compartment
- With the spare wheel (if available)
2. Type certificate
3. Registration certificate part 1
4. Registration certificate part 2
5. Insurance records
6. Workshop documents (e.g .: § 57a sticker)
